Cancellation & Refund Policy
We follow a reliable policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the policy.
If you wish to cancel your account, you can drop an email to support@nanothread.io for cancelling your account. Upon cancellation, your access to Clan Meeting will be revoked and your data will be eventually deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
Your account gets debited automatically based on your usage.
You can add more credits to your account at any time. However, Clan Meeting does not refund any fees once credits have been added to the account. No refunds are allowed once credits have been added to the account.
If you stop using our services, we will not refund you for any unused credits.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Clan Meeting service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.
Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Clan Meeting may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
Note: No refunds are offered for unused credits.
Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Clan Meeting uses a prepaid credit system. All services rendered are non-refundable once credits have been added to the account.
Once a customer adds credits to their account and provides billing information, Clan Meeting will calculate the amount to be charged.
For cancellation customers need to contact us at support@nanothread.io.
Customers will receive an email from Clan Meeting confirming that their account has been cancelled.
Important: No refunds for unused credits will be given to a customer upon cancellation.
We collect GST for our customers in India only. For our customers outside of India, all fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
The fees that Clan Meeting charges exclude phone, and Internet access charges, as well as other data transmission charges. Any currency exchange settlements are based on the customer’s agreement with the payment method provider. To be clear: these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers have the ability to add more credits to their account at any time. For any kind of change, customer has to write to support@nanothread.io or use the options available within the dashboard.
The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the amount of credits being added to the account. In case of payment failure, customers might have to make a manual payment to keep their account active.
Clan Meeting reserves the right to refuse/cancel service to any account. If Clan Meeting refuses a new or renewing account, registrants will be offered a refund of any unused credits.
These above policies apply to all the services listed on Clan Meeting unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
Changes to this policy
We may update our Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.
